Plant Update - Loan

You use the Plant Update screen - Loan tab to check whether a plant item has been loaned out for a job. The loan assignment is done in the job transaction.

Note that loan equipment can only be assigned against a valid and current service job that has been previously created for this particular plant item.

When the plant item is returned, this tab updates with the status of the item.

Technical Tip

If the Allow Invoice With Loans Outstanding field on the MJC General Configuration screen is set to No, a job cannot be invoiced if plant has not been returned from loan. For more information about this field, refer to "Edit - Applications - MJC - General".
